It's official, the Texas Antique Weekend has
As of today, all of the shows are open for business!
AntiqueWeekend.com spent most of the day Friday visiting with dealers and friends at the Shelby Antique Show in Harmonie Hall in Shelby a few short miles east of Round Top and Warrenton. The $4 admission fee admits you to one of the very few air conditioned halls. This is a charming show that puts the visitor in the center of a quality presentation. First class dealers abound. Glass of all descriptions, furniture, estate jewelry, silver, fine china, prints and paintings. Food and refreshments are available inside the show.
Weather Friday cooled with cloud cover and threatened rain that may fall Saturday.
Today the largest number of dealers during Antique Weekend will be open for business, if weather holds Saturday will repeat the opportunities to see and buy wonderful antiques and collectables. Some shows will close Saturday afternoon. See them first and be assured that you can shop 'til you drop.
